Venus emerges, simultaneously ushering us into the
New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius
& the Chinese Year of the Fire Horse.
~ Kindling ready to be lit ~
The Goddess of Love - Venus - is celebrated once more as her helical rise lifts her as an evening star out of the underworld. She appears again out of the Sun's glare bathed with extraordinary light beginning a new 584 day cycle and a transition from the morning to the evening star.
To put into greater context, Venus disappeared behind the Sun, late November 2025,
to be illuminated, bathed and transfigured.
What 'ere was surrendered, shed and released there, has transformed us for our
renewed embodied relationship that we yearn to bring into the world.
What is yours?
What is the divine whisper within you yearning to express into the world?
Have the courage (Aries), to suspend acting from thought and drop into the stillness deep in your heart ... breathe in the stillness there and underneath that, lies the source of your thought/s.
What truly matters to you now?
It is time now to come forward.
The Goddess of Love always strives for balance, harmony and justice and in this first few weeks of this year she has had trouble upholding her relationship to all the action that continues unabated.
Saturn, the planet of Time, Tradition and the Past, also hugely connected to 'reality' as we know it, and the builder of form, ingresses into Aries on the 13th February.
It is a monumental moment, adding to the crescendo of February, building and elevating the pressure to even greater levels. As you may well know, by now, Saturn will catch up to Neptune on February 20th, 3 days after the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius.
Between now and then, we are completing and finishing up old past patterns, karmic play outs and more, so that we may begin a New Phase of a spiritual framework for the next 36 years, with a clean plate, so to speak.
Use these last days before Saturn moves into Aries to finish entirely what you no longer wish to carry into your future. Your ignition will respond well in kind.
Uranus, known as the Sky God, consort of Gaia, and Father of Saturn - is the ruler of this New Moon, the ruler or boss of Pluto for the next 20 years is almost exactly square this New Moon in Aquarius. Having stationed Direct on Feb 3rd he is ready to go full steam ahead now, and 'CHANGE' is his middle name btw. Even if we don't want to change, we are destined, at this point, to be pivoted into a revamp, metamorphosis extraordinaire, cascade of events, to say the very least.
We have been prepared for this moment. We were all born with all that we may ever need found deep within the heart. Your sadhana- your practices of stillness, breathwork, meditation - whatever it may be, to assist you to connect deep into the heart are needed now more than ever. Reach within, rather than engaging into the chaos of the busy, busy world - prioritise you and your essential needs (Venus).
Eclipses on their own, are pivotal transformational moments of change, often regarded as Omens, certainly can be a disruption of the natural order, forcing some of us out of our comfort zones and catalyzing us into a whole new beginning and or forcing an ending. Ushering is into the Ignition point, so that we all flame outwards with our souls on fire.
We are entering a fast paced chapter in our lives like never before. Yes, we have lived a Fire Horse year 60 years ago in 1966, a period of turmoil and unrest. Yet, occurring simultaneously with a solar eclipse and with astrological transits of such colossal, impending pivotal change is a rare and significant event.
Three days later of course, we have the historical Saturn Neptune Conjunction
at the pure potential zero point of Aries, igniting yet another signature,
A new epoch of time, Ignition Point - where we are all asked to harness our courage and bravery, our focus and tenacity, our pioneering warrior-ship merged with a deep, listening ear for the still small voice within. Intermingled with patience to wait and hear what is your spiritual note to offer to the whole.
It's going to be quite the month!
Concurrently, we have been experiencing tremendous solar activity with huge M & X Class Flares. When they coincide with Uranian events there will be seismic activity, earthquakes and extreme weather.
The Schumann Resonance is very strong at the moment. In essence, ithe SR is like the earth's heartbeat. Proponents of the spiritual significance of the Schumann frequency claim that it serves as a bridge between human consciousness and the broader consciousness of the Earth and cosmos. We stand at the ignition point where the electro magnetics are part of the formula, together with the telepathic harmonics of the planets playing their song, awaiting our song.
Salt baths, grounding and meditation stillness practices, breath work all assist to bring the body and brain back into homeostasis as indeed we are elctromagnetic beings, some more sensitive than others
The entire year of 2026 will be pulsating with this.
Our next lunation will be the Total Lunar Eclipse Full Moon in Virgo on the 3rd March. It will be a time to discern what is for us and what is not and to let go as we move ever forward with a lot of Martian/Mars energy.
